Jeffrey Geigel | President
Jeffrey is the President, motivation and driving force behind the Lifestyle Hearing Network. With over ten years of industry-specific experience, he is an expert in business development, helping the Lifestyle Hearing Network members capitalize on the multitude of opportunities in the marketplace.
With an exceptional range of experience over many years, Jeffrey Geigel has a great perspective on both the manufacturing and clinic side of the hearing healthcare industry. From 1998 to 2001, Jeffrey was Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Helix Hearing Care of America Corporation, a North American operator of hearing healthcare clinics. He then joined Sonic Innovations, a worldwide leader in the manufacturing and supply of hearing device technology. From 2001 to 2008, he occupied many functions from President of Sonic Innovations Canada, to Senior VP of North American Operations for Sonic Innovations.
Jeffrey helps Network Members with the following:
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Business Management
- Consumer Analysis
- Marketing Strategy
Jeffrey ensures that Lifestyle Members will maintain a healthy balance between work and their lives outside the clinic, while also assisting clinicians with succession planning. This allows Lifestyle Hearing members to develop their businesses to their full capacity, with minimal stress or concern.
Elisa Romano | Chief Financial Officer
Elisa is the C.F.O. at Lifestyle Hearing. Formerly the Director of Business Administration & Corporate Controller for Sonic Innovations Canada Inc., Elisa also specializes in Human Resources, as well as payables and receivables management.
Elisa helps Network Members with the following:
- Accounting
- Bookkeeping
- Human Resources
- Administration
- Succession Planning
Elisa also supports members of the Lifestyle Hearing Network with Human Resource Management, specifically recruiting and hiring of personnel. Elisa extends her expertise by training clinicians to effectively manage their administration and accounting.
Franco Butera | Director of IT Services
Franco is the Information Technology infrastructure expert for Lifestyle Hearing. Before joining Lifestyle Hearing he worked for two major international banks, managing all network IT infrastructures. He also worked for Bell Canada as IT Manager, overseeing the technological needs of the company, specifically in regard to customer support services.
Franco helps Network Members with the following:

- IT Business/Clinical Support
- Customer Support
Deb Zelisko | Vice President, Network Operations
Deb Zelisko has a masters degree in Audiology and has had the opportunity to work in diverse settings including: academic, clinical research and clinical supervision; direct independently-based clinical services, and management, as president of a Canadian hearing aid manufacturer.
In her current role of Vice-President of Marketing and Network Operations at Lifestyle Hearing, Deb is responsible for Lifestyle’s Community-Based Marketing and Educational Programs as well as working to support all Network Clinics in their business development and marketing planning.
